This week is a special one for me: it marks one year from my last day of work. Happy breakiversary to me! 🎉
As I was reaching this big milestone, my conditioned corporate brain was screaming “We need to do a post-mortem! A retrospective!” So, I did. I spent some time asking myself questions and reflecting on my year of reflections (I know, how meta).

From making new friends and starting this podcast to running races and throwing themed parties, it's been an adventure! I also talk about the struggles—like feeling guilty for not being 'productive'—and how I've learned to embrace the break.
